Superbowl Healthy Dip

With our new AFC and NFC champions taking their spots for the upcoming Superbowl, we thought it would be perfect timing to pass along this healthy but yummy dip!!

Whether you’re a Patriots or Seahawks fan, this new dip is sure to impress any fan!

Superbowl Healthy Dip

In a ramekin or oven safe dish place the following ingredients in this order.

  1. 1 cup of hummus
  2. 1 tablespoon of fresh cilantro
  3. 1/2 of chopped olives
  4. 1/2 cup of diced tomatoes which can be seasoned with 1 tablespoon of hot sauce if you’d like it spicy.
  5. 1/2 cup of low sodium goat cheese feta

Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes and serve with your favorite chips or crackers.

We loved toasting our own gluten free tortillas in the same heated oven for 10 minutes seasoned with olive oil and sea salt!
