Track your daily meals for a period of 1 week. Download this spreadsheet to help make this task a little easier.
- After step 1, write down your nutritional and health goals for the year 2015
- Include 3 ways each month that you can improve your nutritional habits. For example, cutting out processed or refined sugar treats and replacing it with a fruit.
- Identify a minimum commitment for exercise or physical activity per week
- Consult with a practitioner in order to review your results and goals. They will also identify a fitness and nutritional plan for optimal results.
